Thank you very much for sharing your initial experiences with our Genova 3D Mesh Folding Chair Set in such detail.
We’re very pleased that you generally like the chairs. We’re all the more sorry, then, that the quality of the stitching is detracting from your otherwise positive impression.
Especially with a camping chair, the seat should be comfortable even when in direct contact with the skin. If individual material or fabric edges around the seams are so noticeable that they prick or scratch your legs—for example, when sitting in lightweight clothing—that certainly shouldn’t be the case.
The 3D mesh fabric used is designed for comfortable seating and good air circulation. This makes it all the more important that the stitching quality also meets these comfort standards.
Since the Genova is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your specific feedback on the seam construction into account as an important point for further product development.
Thank you very much for your helpful and positive feedback on our chairs. Despite this point of criticism, we hope you’ll enjoy many relaxing hours using them.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
