Are you looking for an awning for family or friends where you can sit together even in bad weather and do not have to forego any comfort?
Then the Magalo 6- L Deluxe tunnel tent is perfect for you, with its length of 6.30 metres and a width of 4.10 metres, it offers enough space for up to 6 people.
The tent is in a practical trolley, you just have to unpack it at the resort, pump it up with the air pump included in the delivery and then tension it.
The inflatable frame brings you huge relief in terms of the size of this tent, as constructing this size of tent with a conventional frame would take a lot of time.
The Magalo 6-L Deluxe has three entrances that are all protected from rain, the two side entrances have a mosquito screen that protects them from insects in the summer.
The canopy can be used as rain hatch or sun canopy and can be rolled away if necessary.
The large ventilation windows provide plenty of light inside the tent and also provide good air circulation in the living area.
The tunnel tent has a firmly sewn-in groundsheet that provides extra comfort and protects your camping furniture from moisture.
The practical organiser between the sleeping compartments adds extra space to your tent and makes it easy to store small items.

To determine the millimetre value, 10 cm of fabric is stretched under a measuring cylinder and the cylinder is filled with water from above. The limit value at which water droplets press through the material is the maximum water column. In Germany, a tent outer material is considered waterproof from 1500 mm.

We completely understand your disappointment. Especially with a high-quality family tent, you naturally expect it to be reliable over many camping trips. It’s therefore particularly frustrating that the main guy lines snapped after just four uses, leaving you unable to use the tent as intended.
The Magalo 6 Air is designed as a spacious tunnel tent for up to six people. With a tent like this, reliable guy lines and the stability of the fasteners play a crucial role in ensuring the tent remains secure even in changing weather conditions.
We deeply regret that you’ve already encountered such a problem after relatively few uses. Since this is one of our Berger products, we’re happy to take your feedback regarding the durability of the guy lines into account as an important consideration for future product development.
It may be possible to restore the tent’s usability by replacing the damaged guy lines. However, we would first need to verify whether suitable replacement parts are still available. Please feel free to contact us with your proof of purchase so that we can check whether we can source replacement parts for you.
If the issue is due to a material or manufacturing defect, we also recommend that you submit a formal complaint with your proof of purchase to have the damage assessed.

Wir können Deine Enttäuschung sehr gut nachvollziehen. Gerade bei einem hochwertigen Familienzelt erwartet man selbstverständlich, dass es über viele Campingurlaube hinweg zuverlässig genutzt werden kann. Dass die Hauptspannseile nach lediglich vier Einsätzen gerissen sind und Du das Zelt dadurch nicht mehr wie vorgesehen verwenden kannst, ist daher besonders ärgerlich.
Das Magalo 6 Air ist als geräumiges Tunnelzelt für bis zu sechs Personen konzipiert. Gerade bei einem solchen Zelt spielen eine zuverlässige Abspannung und die Stabilität der Befestigungselemente eine wichtige Rolle, damit das Zelt auch bei wechselnden Wetterbedingungen sicher steht.
Dass Du nach vergleichsweise wenigen Einsätzen bereits mit einem solchen Problem konfrontiert bist, bedauern wir sehr. Da es sich um eines unserer Berger-Produkte handelt, nehmen wir Deinen Hinweis zur Haltbarkeit der Spannseile gerne als wichtigen Punkt für die weitere Produktentwicklung mit auf.
Möglicherweise lässt sich die Nutzbarkeit des Zeltes durch den Austausch der beschädigten Spannseile wiederherstellen. Ob hierfür passende Ersatzteile noch verfügbar sind, müsste allerdings zunächst geprüft werden. Gerne kannst Du Dich hierzu mit Deinem Kaufnachweis an uns wenden, damit wir die Möglichkeit einer Ersatzteilbeschaffung für Dich prüfen können.
