Unlike DEET, Icaridin is virtually odorless, non-greasy, does not attack plastics and is considered much better tolerated.

In order to produce the longest lasting effect possible at an Icaridin concentration of 20%, a unique and patented polycondensate was developed.

The combination of the patented polycondensate with the active ingredient Icaridin creates an active ingredient depot that repels mosquitoes and ticks for up to 24 hours.
For athletes, this has the advantage that even with perspiration, a longer duration of action can be achieved to repel insects. In addition, the active liquid of the SPORT version is filled in a special BAG-ON-VALVE spray bottle, which has the following advantages:
