Thank you very much for sharing your experiences with the Falcon Evo 5G Mobile Deluxe in such detail.
We’re very sorry to hear that you weren’t able to get it up and running despite numerous attempts and trying different SIM cards. Especially with a mobile internet solution for camping, it’s important that the system is as easy as possible to set up and works reliably on the go.
The Falcon Evo 5G Mobile Deluxe is designed to provide a high-performance internet connection via the cellular network, even while traveling. In addition to actual reception performance, an intuitive setup process and compatibility with the intended SIM or eSIM solutions play a crucial role.
It’s naturally very disappointing that you spent several weeks trying to set up the device and, in particular, couldn’t find sufficient information regarding the advertised eSIM functionality. Especially for a feature like this, the necessary setup steps should be described clearly and comprehensively.
We fully understand how frustrating it is when an internet solution intended for travel isn’t ready for use in time.
We’re pleased that we’ve since been able to resolve your issue together with you and find an appropriate solution.
We deeply regret that the Falcon Evo 5G Mobile Deluxe did not meet your expectations in terms of setup and usability, and we thank you for your detailed and helpful feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
