The HydraCell AquaTac combines a focusable LED flashlight with a ring of lights that wraps around the body. Instead of traditional disposable batteries, it can be powered by the water-activated HC1D energy cell. This makes it ideal for camping, use in trailers and RVs, hiking, and as an additional light source during a power outage. To activate it, briefly submerge the energy cell in water and then insert it into the flashlight.
