Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the Outwell Gala Dinner tableware set with us.
It’s a shame that you weren’t satisfied with either the durability of the plate’s surface or the shape of the plates. Especially for a tableware set intended for regular use while camping, it’s important that it’s not only practical and easy to transport but also performs well in daily use.
The Gala Dinner set is made of lightweight, shatter-resistant polypropylene and is dishwasher-safe. However, the surface isn’t cut-resistant, so visible signs of wear can occur, especially when using knives.
It’s naturally disappointing that the plates already show significant scratches after just one use. We also understand your comment about the raised center of the plates, as the shape of the plates plays an important role, especially when cutting and eating.
We deeply regret that the dinnerware set did not meet your expectations regarding workmanship and suitability for everyday use, and we thank you for your candid and helpful feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
