Separating Toilet Compact Composting Toilet with Electric Agitator OGO

The new OGO® separation toilet is the result of intensive development work. It combines the advantages of a composting toilet with maximum comfort, a modern look, and a very small footprint.

The separation toilet features an electric agitator and an LED that lights up when the fill level approaches maximum capacity. Like all high-quality separation toilets, the OGO® requires no water or chemicals and is completely free of unpleasant odors.

Thanks to its cubic design and pure white finish, the OGO® is a true design statement. The electric mixing mechanism no longer requires a crank, and the separately removable solids container simplifies emptying. Like all of our separation/composting toilets, the OGO® operates without water or chemicals and is odor-free.

Not included:

Coconut coir bricks, starter bags, and spray bottle. We recommend the ToMTuR Starter Kit so you can start using the composting toilet right away!
External vent (cover), as each application requires a different vent. Common options include, for example, perforated metal sheets in various sizes (if you already have an existing vent opening); for a new installation, a size of approximately 6 cm in diameter is sufficient.
We recommend a fly screen or a similar solution using gauze to prevent insects from entering the ventilation hose.

Installation:
All necessary parts are included, except:

Outdoor vent (cover), since each application requires a different vent. Common options include, for example, louvered panels in various sizes (if you already have an existing vent opening); for a new installation, a size of approximately 6 cm in diameter is sufficient.
We recommend a fly screen or a similar solution using gauze to prevent insects from entering the ventilation hose. Installation Instructions
Ventilation / Hose: For some installation configurations, longer hose lengths may be required. In these cases, we recommend extending the supplied hose using a standard DN40 HT pipe. Even though it is not strictly necessary with the OGO®, we recommend always installing a flexible section of hose leading to the toilet so that it can be removed for any maintenance work. You can use the HT40 pipe as a wall feed-through. To do this, cut it to the appropriate length (wall thickness + 5 cm) and glue it in place; you can then attach the hose to the inside of the vehicle. Alternatively, a flange can be used.

Floor Construction: Depending on the floor construction, you will need the appropriate screws (4 pieces). Our toilets come standard with 4 screws for wood.

Power connection: Please be sure to use a 10A fuse and cables with adequate cross-sections! If you want to operate the toilet on a 230-volt power supply (house connection), this can be done using a power adapter. You’ll need a 12V 10A power supply with a 5.5 mm x 2.5 mm barrel plug, such as those used for monitors.

Differences between versions v2022 and v2023

New timer:

The new timer is now NO LONGER voltage-sensitive and does NOT need to be protected against voltages exceeding 12.8V. In addition, the new timer now enables a start-stop function for the stirrer button when it is pressed again while the motor is running. If not, the motor runs as usual for up to 45 seconds, depending on the fill level of the solid container.

New Wiring Harnesses:

These now allow for easier handling during custom installations or spare part assembly.

New agitator linkage:

The new agitator linkage has been completely redesigned; it is now CNC-machined and operates much more smoothly. As a result, the agitator no longer touches the container and is significantly quieter.

Solid Material Flap Lever Locking Clips:

All levers are now secured with a locking clip to prevent slipping. As a result, the solids flap always opens smoothly and evenly.

Gray, opaque urine bottle:

The contents of the urine bottle are no longer visible from the outside. This provides better privacy when emptying the urine container.

Redesigned fan housing:

The redesigned fan housing now allows for even greater airflow, resulting in better and more reliable drying of the solid waste container.
