Sonax Profiline Ex 04-06 - Silicone-free high gloss polish for eccentric polishing machines

With Sonax Profiline Ex 04-06 you polish silicone-free to a high gloss with the eccentric polishing machine, one-step for light paint defects or as a finish after a pre-polish. Depending on the size of the backing pad, apply the product to a Sonax ExzenterPad medium, remove residues with the Sonax MicrofaserTuch soft touch and check the result randomly with Sonax Profiline Prepare and a hologram lamp.

• Silicone-free high-gloss polish for eccentric polishing machines
• One-step polishing of light paint defects or finish after pre-polishing
• Shake bottle before use
• If necessary, sand out imperfections wet with P2000 or finer sandpaper beforehand
• Polishing process phase 1: Pressure max. 5 kg, speed approx. 2000 rpm, time 20 sec
• Polishing phase 2: Pressure 1 to 2 kg, speed approx. 4000 rpm, time 120 sec
• Time data based on one polishing pass for approx. 1 sqm of average hard lacquer
• Speed varies depending on machine type
• Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on one pad
• Do not use on hot surfaces
• Protect from frost
