Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the tick remover with us.
It’s a shame that the gripping function didn’t quite meet your expectations, especially with very small ticks. Especially with small ticks, it’s important to be able to grasp them securely as close to the skin as possible.
If you frequently need to remove very small ticks, our Care Plus Tick Out tick remover (Item No. 774872) might be a good alternative for you. These feature a specially designed gripping head that is specifically intended for removing nymphs—that is, particularly small developmental stages of ticks.
We hope this helps us suggest an alternative that’s better suited to your needs.
Thank you very much for your helpful feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
