Our lightweight and compact foldable solar panels impress with maximum efficiency in the smallest of spaces. With an efficiency of over 24 %, the monocrystalline cells maximize the energy yield even in low light. Ideal for charging power stations and batteries. Thanks to the IP65 protection class, the panels are also optimally protected against dust and water - perfect for use on the move and in different weather conditions.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with either the performance or the build quality of the solar panel. Especially with a portable solar solution for camping trips, it’s important that it works reliably and delivers the expected performance even with repeated use.
Our foldable XT60 solar panel, with a rated power of 60 W, is designed for portable power supply while camping. It’s important to note that the actual power output can be influenced by various factors such as sunlight intensity, orientation, module temperature, and potential shading. The specified rated power is determined under standardized test conditions and may vary accordingly in practical use.
However, the fact that you’ve already noticed a significant drop in performance after just two uses—and that, based on your observations, part of the module may no longer be functioning—should obviously not be the case. We also take your comments regarding the material quality and workmanship seriously.
Since this is one of our Berger products, we are happy to consider your experiences with performance and durability as important factors for future product development.
To allow us to investigate a possible technical defect, you are welcome to return the solar panel to us free of charge using the return documents provided.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Dich sowohl die Leistung als auch die Verarbeitung des Solarpanels nicht überzeugen konnten. Gerade bei einer mobilen Solarlösung für den Campingurlaub ist es wichtig, dass diese zuverlässig funktioniert und auch bei wiederholter Verwendung die erwartete Leistung erbringt.
Unser faltbares XT60 Solarpanel ist mit einer Nennleistung von 60 W für die mobile Stromversorgung beim Camping konzipiert. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass die tatsächlich erzielbare Leistung von verschiedenen Faktoren wie der Sonneneinstrahlung, der Ausrichtung, der Modultemperatur und möglichen Verschattungen beeinflusst wird. Die angegebene Nennleistung wird unter standardisierten Testbedingungen ermittelt und kann im praktischen Einsatz entsprechend abweichen.
Dass Du jedoch bereits nach nur zwei Einsätzen einen deutlichen Leistungsrückgang festgestellt hast und nach Deinen Beobachtungen möglicherweise ein Teil des Moduls nicht mehr funktioniert, sollte selbstverständlich nicht so sein. Auch Deine Hinweise zur Materialbeschaffenheit und Verarbeitung nehmen wir ernst.
