Today times desire on Italian Pizza, Spanish Paella or briefly roasted Asian vegetable? With the Campingaz Culinary Modular System you can prepare this quickly and professionally on your grill.

As a base, you need the cast iron grill grate with the removable round insert. Remove the insert from the grill grate and use one of the Campingaz® Culinary Modular accessories: e.g. the practical pizza stone, the non-stick paella pan, the chicken roaster or the handy steel wok. Or use the heavy cast-iron grill grate to give your steak the perfect draw.

InstaClean System - and your grill fits in the dishwasher after all!
Cleaning the grill has never been so easy! The patented InstaClean system is integrated in all grills of the 3 & 4 Series line (partially also in 2 Series RBS).

The system allows quick disassembly of dishwasher-safe parts, such as the grill grate and individual parts of the grill tray, to make them easier to clean than if they were still installed in the grill.

Excess oil and grease can be removed from the parts in the dishwasher. In case of heavy soiling and burnt-in residues, we recommend cleaning by hand for extensive removal of residues.

Just as easily as the parts are removed, they can be reinserted after cleaning.

Even Temp - Even heat distribution
As in the oven, even heat on the grill surface is paramount to good grilling results.

By finding the right balance of burner material, burner strength and position in relation to the grilling surface, we have managed to achieve a particularly even heat on the grill. The efficient Campingaz grills of the 3 & 4 Series, as well as Planchas, reach a grilling temperature of over 250 °C on the grilling surface, which is optimal for even cooking of the grilled food as well as hot searing.

In addition, the individual burners can be controlled independently and finely with the control knobs. With all burner systems used, technical precision work ensures even heating of the grill surface.
