More from this brand
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the Camplife insulated mug with us.
First of all, we’re glad you like the mug’s design. We’re all the more sorry to hear that the lid’s leak-proof seal didn’t meet your expectations and that, as a result, you can’t use the mug on the go as you’d hoped.
The thermos mug is made of double-walled stainless steel and, with a capacity of 360 ml, is designed to keep beverages at the desired temperature for as long as possible while you’re on the go. The lid is explicitly described as leak-proof.
The fact that liquid still leaks from your mug as soon as it’s no longer upright or the drink sloshes against the lid should, of course, not happen if the lid is properly closed. We can therefore understand why you are disappointed with the functionality and the value for money.
Please make sure the lid is fully and correctly secured. If liquid continues to leak, we recommend that you have the defect inspected as part of a warranty claim, along with your proof of purchase.
We deeply regret that the thermos mug was unable to meet your expectations despite its attractive design, and we thank you for your helpful feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
