Storage box air conditioner for small and medium-sized vehicles The Truma Saphir compact is a storage box air conditioner that is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized caravans and motorhomes. It not only cools the air, but also dries and purifies it. For this purpose, there is a lint filter and a particle filter at the front of the device. The air conditioning system is lightweight, extremely compact and consumes little power.

The storage box air conditioner can be conveniently controlled by remote control. Optionally, the Truma Saphir compact can be controlled with the CP plus iNet ready digital control panel. If you have installed a Truma Combi heater in your vehicle in addition to the Truma air conditioning system, this enables automatic climate control. Both devices are then automatically adjusted to each other until the desired temperature is reached. The digital control panel can also be expanded with the Truma iNet Box. This allows you to conveniently control all TIN bus-capable Truma devices via app.

The Truma Saphir compact is installed centrally in a storage box, for example in the seat chest, so that the cold air is distributed evenly throughout the caravan or motorhome.

Installation Installation of the air conditioning unit itself is very simple. All you need are two cut-outs in the vehicle floor for air exchange (air inlet, air outlet) and a hole for the condensate drain. These floor openings are cut out using the enclosed template. The 230 V connection is then established, the infrared receiver for the remote control is fitted and an air circulation connection is created between the installation space and the living area.

With the flexible Truma cold air pipes, you can adapt the cold air installation to your individual requirements and, of course, change it later if necessary.
