Disposal Station
A waste disposal station is a facility at campsites, service areas or petrol stations where campers can fill up with fresh water or dispose of the contents of the waste-holding tank or waste-water tank respectively. The waste water and the waste-holding tank are emptied at supply and disposal stations (VE station) mostly via a drainage channel in the ground. The disposal of sewage and faeces is mostly free of charge. A fee is charged for fresh water. At each disposal station there are brief instructions on how to operate it.
