Long-term camping

Long-term camping is when a pitch on a campsite is used over a longer period (usually a year or more). 

Long-term campers often use caravans which are permanently pitched and equipped with permanently installed awnings and structures. 

Some permanent campers do not use the pitch permanently to camp there, but also as a secure parking space for their mobile home or caravan.
