Product description
The SwissPiranha RT220 weighs just under 34g and impresses with its immense holding power in all conditions. Wide wings on the shaft and a total length of 22 cm ensure that even large tents and teepees stay securely anchored in soft ground.
These tent pegs from SwissPiranha are made from the high-performance plastic PiranhaNT and offer significant advantages over conventional tent pegs: they are ultralight, impact-resistant, and extremely secure. Their tapered shape makes them easy to drive into the ground, while an X-shaped cross-section with a sawtooth profile ensures a secure hold in a wide variety of soils. The flat head compacts the ground and maximizes holding power. Notches reliably hold the tent lines in place and ensure optimal anchoring. The high-performance plastic PiranhaNT withstands being driven into the ground with a hammer, axe, or rock—no sharp edges are formed that could damage the tent fabric.
Since SwissPiranha tent stakes are fully driven into the ground at a 90° angle, the risk of injury drops to nearly zero. Dirty stakes can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
